In a neighboring town of Chatham, LIBERTY — Toyota has announced an additional investment of $2.5 billion in its newest North American facility, Toyota Battery Manufacturing, North Carolina (TBMNC), under construction in nearby Liberty in Randolph County.

RTP is located adjacent to Chatham’s northern borders, has been known for high paying research and medical positions for Chatham Counties residents.
